For the first month that I had my car, I was endlessly annoyed by a small thing. The driver’s side door of my car automatically unlocked when I approached, but the trunk did not. As someone who will carry 872 bags in one hand rather than bring a shopping cart to the parking lot, it was a big hassle. It turns out that there’s a setting in the car’s computer that determines which doors unlock automatically. And with a few clicks of the control panel, I fell in love with my car.

Your business has changed since you implemented policyIQ. Let's face it - unless you implemented policyIQ last week, your business has changed. The policyIQ application has changed, too. What you are doing in the application today might not be the most efficient way to meet your current needs.
You inherited policyIQ and were not a part of the original design decisions. If you came into the company after policyIQ was already up and running, you might not be totally clear on why certain design or configuration decisions were made.
