I hate to sound like a cliché, but…we’re living through an unprecedented and uncertain time. It is more important than ever for an organization to be able to shift quickly, revising corporate policies to accommodate a new reality of working from home or communicating new processes to respond to various crisis and changes.
But while the past six months have seen an enormous amount change happen very quickly, crises and shifts in our corporate environments are happening all the time. To respond effectively with corporate governance, more companies are working to create an agile and responsive policy management program.
We recently explored six best practices for implementing Agile and Responsive Policy Management in a virtual training event. (You can check out the recording of that event.)
