Standard User: Any user who may read content or download file attachments, and who also may answer sign-off questions using policyIQ’s forms features. The system also tracks what pages the Standard User views and when, for compliance purposes. Standard Users have their own login ID and password into policyIQ (which can be authenticated against the company’s Active Directory if desired).

Advanced User: Any user who, in addition to the rights of a Standard User, is given permissions to create, edit, publish, or approved content, or to run reports or administer the system.

Read-Only Access: policyIQ provides free read-only access into the system through a generic link for any or all of your employees. From this link individuals may read content or download file attachments, but cannot signoff documents or submit forms. Access is shared via a hyperlink – each individual does not have their own login ID and password, so the system cannot track what content each user has read or needs to read.
