policyIQ support starts with our online Help Guide – a contextual help service that provides you with help pages based on where you are in the application. There are over 200 Help Guide pages that answer most functional and how-to questions.

If you can’t find the answer to your question, within the Help Guide there is a feature for Advanced Users to submit a support question. Our support team is notified immediately, and will correspond with you to promptly answer your question. Advanced Users can also contact us via email at support@policyIQ.com, or via phone at 1-866-753-1231.

We also include a weekly Q&A session, led via an online meeting by a policyIQ expert. This is an open agenda, first-come first-serve opportunity to ask an expert questions that go beyond simple support.

Our datacenter monitors our client servers 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year long providing our support group with technical support for your hardware and connectivity. We provide our clients with functional how-to support via the methods above during continental U.S. business hours, 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. National Holidays.
