policyIQ is configured over the web and requires no technical or programming background; most policyIQ administrators come from departments other than IT.

Your site is set up within 2 days of a completed subscription agreement (either faxed or submitted through our Buy It webpage).

We provide both instructor-led training sessions every week, as well as recorded trainings that you can download and watch anytime. We also include a 2-hour online configuration session led by a policyIQ expert to help you get started. Your assigned Account Manager will contact you shortly after your site is set up.

Configuring policyIQ is simple. You will set up your groups and users, create your folders to organize all of your content, and create your standard templates for each type of document you plan to create. Once that is done, you can start creating your own content, copy and paste in content you already have, import content from databases or spreadsheets, or use our library of example policies, procedures, risks and controls. Our 3,000 Associates in 80 offices around the world are available to help you with all of your documentation projects.
