Hosting

policyIQ is a web-based application; no software or hardware is required. You can access policyIQ from any Internet Explorer web browser, version 6.0 or greater. Your organization will have a unique site (with SSL encryption) setup to store your data. policyIQ’s dedicated servers are managed by SAS70 Type II certified datacenters. Our providers manage our servers, provide intrusion detection, disaster recovery planning and other security services, and are responsible for providing 99.9% uptime. Client data is routinely backed up and rotated off-site.

Implementation

You can get started immediately with your pre-configured site or contact a policyIQ account manager who will walk you through making adjustments to the configuration to meet your needs! Add content by directly creating pages, copying and pasting text into pages, or importing data from other databases or spreadsheets. Your policyIQ account manager will be there to guide you throughout the process.

Training

We provide training materials to suit all types of learners from beginners to advanced policyIQ users and from those who prefer self-paced learning to those who thrive with live and interactive sessions. Among our training materials are a written Help guide, recorded sessions that you can watch on-demand, online instructor-led training sessions, as well as custom training options.

Help Desk

The Help Desk responds to our clients’ functional, technical or process questions via phone or email (from 8 am-8 pm US EST Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. National Holidays). The friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable team will answer client questions and provide recommendations.
